The deal marks another step in Webull’s expansion across Southeast Asia while strengthening its presence in Thailand’s financial services sector. The company said the acquisition reflects its confidence in Thailand’s capital markets and the long-term value of Pi Securities, citing the firm’s established client base, market expertise, investment product capabilities, and decades of experience serving local investors.

Following completion, Webull plans to combine its digital investing platform with Pi Securities’ knowledge of Thailand’s capital markets. According to Khemarattana, bringing these strengths together is going to strengthen the company’s competitive position and support sustainable long-term growth in Thailand’s investment industry.
