Webull Corp has announced plans to introduce perpetual futures for eligible US customers starting in November 2026, expanding its derivatives offering through a regulated trading platform. The rollout is going to broaden before the end of the year, subject to applicable requirements.
Perpetual futures, commonly known as perps, are derivatives contracts that provide continuous exposure to an underlying asset without a fixed expiration date. Unlike traditional futures, they allow traders to maintain positions without managing contract expirations or rolling positions into new contracts. Instead, a periodic funding mechanism helps align contract prices with the underlying asset. Positions remain open as long as traders meet the applicable margin requirements.
Webull Group President and U.S. CEO Anthony Denier highlighted the growing popularity of the asset class, noting that global perpetual futures trading volume exceeded $90 trillion in 2025. He said the company aims to give U.S. investors access to these products through a regulated platform as the domestic derivatives market evolves.
The contracts will be on KalshiEX LLC, a Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)-regulated Designated Contract Market, and cleared through Kalshi Klear LLC, a CFTC-regulated Derivatives Clearing Organization. Bitcoin and other crypto assets will feature in the initial offering, with additional products potentially introduced subject to regulatory review and exchange listing requirements.
Tanmay Sheth, Webull’s Managing Director of FCM, Futures and Prediction Markets, emphasized the importance of bringing new derivatives products into a regulated U.S. framework. He also highlighted the platform’s planned focus on transparency around margin requirements, funding rates, leverage and liquidation levels, alongside access to multiple markets.
Eligible customers approved for futures trading will be able to access perpetual futures through their existing Webull Futures accounts. The products will sit alongside other futures offerings, while users can continue accessing stocks, options, cryptocurrencies and prediction markets across the broader platform.
The launch marks Webull’s latest expansion into derivatives as perpetual futures gain traction in global markets. However, initial access will be limited to eligible U.S. customers approved for futures trading, and the company has indicated that availability will roll out progressively from November.
