Admirals Implements Leadership Change in Central Eastern Europe

Admirals has announced a leadership change in its Central and Eastern European operations as part of a planned transition aimed at strengthening its presence in the region.

After serving as Regional Director for Romania and Hungary and Country Branch Manager for Admirals Romania since 2021, Bogdan Albu is handing over his responsibilities to Cosmin Ruse, an experienced financial professional and long-time colleague.

Bogdan Albu steps down after six years with Admirals. He initially joined the company in a coordination role within its global sales structure before founding Admirals’ Romania branch and taking on regional oversight for Romania and Hungary. Before Admirals, Albu spent seven years at XTB Romania, where he played an instrumental role in building and expanding the local branch.

Commenting on the leadership transition, Albu said:

Cosmin Ruse brings extensive experience to his new role. He previously led the Romanian branch of the UK-based broker City Credit Capital and has held senior management roles in several local brokerage firms, covering operations, trading, marketing, and sales. Alongside his leadership credentials, Ruse’s background as a trader and compliance professional is expected to contribute to Admirals’ continued growth in Romania and Hungary.
