VantoFX Seychelles Licence marks a major milestone as the broker expands globally with the launch of V Global Markets. An offshore contracts for differences (CFDs) broker, VantoFX, has expanded its footprint by launching a new sister company, V Global Markets, which has successfully obtained a licence from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles).

VantoFX Seychelles Licence Adds to Broker’s Global Growth

The newly granted Securities Dealer licence authorizes the brand to offer CFD trading instruments, onboard clients directly, and hold client funds — effectively allowing it to operate as a fully-fledged CFDs broker.

“Earning the trust of regulators and clients alike requires patience, structure and integrity,” said Arthur Kbejan, Founder and Group CEO of VantoFX. “This licence is a testament to that approach — it validates the standards we’ve been working towards for years.”

Despite obtaining regulatory approval, V Global Markets will not begin onboarding clients immediately, as the firm aims to complete its final operational and compliance preparations before going live.

Offshore Opportunities Continue to Attract Brokers

While the new entity holds a Seychelles licence, the original VantoFX brand is registered in Saint Lucia. The Caribbean nation does not issue dedicated CFD broker licences but allows operations under a licence exemption framework, which several brokers have leveraged for ease of setup.

In recent months, a growing number of prop trading firms have also registered in Saint Lucia, reportedly to gain access to MetaTrader platform licences. Meanwhile, Seychelles remains a preferred base for offshore brokers maintaining high-leverage trading operations.

Kbejan, known for his extensive background in brokerage technology, launched VantoFX earlier this year. According to his LinkedIn profile, he currently serves as Managing Director of VantoFX and Chief Executive Officer of V Global Markets.

Over his career, Kbejan has collaborated with several leading financial brands, including GFT, 26 Degrees (formerly Invast Financial Services), oneZero, MEX Exchange, and Tickmill. Prior to founding his own brokerage, he served as Chief Information Officer at MultiBank Group.
